Job Description: - Provide professional hospitality as the person in charge of hall staff. - Responsible for creating shifts according to reservations and training staff. - Resolve issues with customers and report to the restaurant manager. - Emphasize communication necessary for collaboration with other departments such as the kitchen and bar. - Develop strategies for inventory management and team performance improvement. Requirements: - Manager experience in the food service industry. - Native-level Japanese ability and intermediate or higher English proficiency. - No hesitation in performing tasks using a PC. - Ability to pay attention to detail. - Capable of motivating staff as a team leader.
